Additional House Rules & Violations Policy No Pets Policy: Pets are not permitted on the property under any circumstances. This includes dogs, cats, and other animals. If an unauthorized pet is brought onto the property: The reservation may be cancelled immediately without refund. Additional cleaning and remediation costs of $200 will be charged. Any damages caused by the pet will be the responsibility of the guest and handled through Airbnb. Pool filter replacement for both filters would be required at $150 each. No Smoking Policy: This is a strictly non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the house, near open doors or windows, including but not limited to: Cigarettes Cigars Vapes E-cigarettes Marijuana or any other substances If smoking occurs inside the home: A deep cleaning and deodorization ozone treatment fee of $500 will be charged. Any damages (including odor remediation, furniture, or fabric replacement) will be charged to the guest. No Parties, Events, or Large Gatherings Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. If a party, event, or unauthorized gathering is discovered: The reservation may be terminated immediately without refund. Additional cleaning, security, or damage-related costs may be charged. Local authorities or security may be contacted if necessary. The maximum occupancy of the property is seven (7) persons at all times, including adults, children, infants, and any daytime visitors. In addition, no more than five (5) adults are permitted to stay overnight or sleep at the property. The maximum occupancy may not be exceeded for any reason, including short visits or gatherings. At no time may children under 18 be left alone in the home without an authorized adult present. If the maximum occupancy is exceeded, the reservation may be cancelled immediately without refund. Additional fees and/or damages will be charged through Airbnb at a rate of $50 per unauthorized guest. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate removal from the property and may be reported to Airbnb. Enforcement: All violations of these policies may result in additional charges, cancellation of the reservation, and/or removal from the property in accordance with Airbnb’s policies. Guests are responsible for ensuring that all members of their party and visitors comply with these rules. EV Charging: At this time, electric vehicle (including Tesla) charging is not permitted at the home. We do not have a high-voltage charging connection, and extension cords may not be run from the garage or interior outlets. Vehicles are also not allowed to be parked inside the garage. Wi-Fi Notice: Please do not unplug or disconnect the Wi-Fi during your stay. The home relies on the Wi-Fi network to operate essential systems, including the door locks, garage door, security system, thermostat, TVs, and pool controls. Disconnecting the Wi-Fi may cause these systems to stop working properly, so it must remain plugged in and powered on at all times. The system is supported by a battery backup to maintain connectivity during brief power outages. For this reason, unplugging or tampering with the Wi-Fi equipment is not permitted.
